Section A: Order & Shipping

1) How long does it take to process my order?
As soon as your payment is verified, we will process your order within 24 hours. The actual time needed is given by the "Availability" stated on the product page. For example, if the availability is 24-48 hours, it will take us that much time before shipping. We will try our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

2) How do I check my order status?
First, you need to sign in to your account. Then click on “Check Order Status”. Below are the processing stages:
  1. Verifying your payment
  2. Processing your order
  3. Shipped - you can now track your order with the tracking number provided

3) How long does it take for my order to arrive?
After your order is shipped (see (1) above), the courier company will deliver your order within 1-2 days. You can always trace your order with the tracking number provided on your order page. So the time needed is
payment verification (0-1 days) + processing (based on "Availability" given) + shipping (1-2 days).

4) How do I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping for thousands of products on our site. On the product page, you shall see:
  1. Save even more with our FREE SHIPPING! -- means free shipping nationwide.
  2. FREE SHIPPING for West Malaysia! -- means west malaysia only.
  3. Buy a free shipped item to entitle for FREE SHIPPING! -- buy another item with free shipping. Otherwise, normal shipping charges apply.
  4. "Blank" -- means normal shipping charges apply.

5) Do you ship internationally to other countries than Malaysia?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship to Malaysia. Also, no P.O. boxes are allowed.

6) My received order contains wrong/faulty items. What do I need to do?
While all efforts are made to ensure your order is processed properly, we apologise for any inconvenience if your received items are incorrect or not working. Please e-mail us your order # and the problem with the item. Our support will issue an RMA and arrange a pickup from you. We will process your order as soon as the we have received the item from you and identified the problem.

7) How easily can a warranty be claimed?
We carry a wide range of products and as such, the warranty terms vary accordingly. Some suppliers require you to contact them directly for any warranty claim, while others we will advise you the steps to take. Don't hesitate to email our support if you have any questions.

In case where you have to ship your order back to us, we will cover the shipping fees only if it is within 14 days upon delivery. After the period, the shipping fees may have to be borne by you.

1) What are the payment methods accepted?
For the payment methods, Cresdo accepts:
  1. Visa and Mastercard (Your account must have 3D secure activated.)

  2. Online banking (FPX - Financial Process Exchange) - Maybank2u.com, CIMB Clicks, PBeBank.com, Hong Leong Bank, Bank Islam Malaysia

  3. Direct deposit and email/fax us your deposit slip:

2) Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?
We do not accept COD. You need to place your order online first before we can process your order. You may choose to pick up the item at our office though. Currently, we only accept COD for MBPJ/MPSJ monthly parking passes.

3) Do you accept any other currencies?
All the goods shown are denominated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and Cresdo can only accept Ringgit Malaysia at this moment.

4) Why do you ONLY accept credit cards with 3D secure activated?
3D secure is a terminology used to describe a transaction with added safety when you shop online. In order to prevent online frauds, we require all credit card transactions to be 3D secure. If your credit card issuing bank doesn't support 3D secure, it may take us 4-8 working days to verify the payment and we reserve the rights to decline your order without any reason. You are encouraged to read more about 3D secure from Visa (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard (SecureCode).

5) Where can I activate 3D secure for my credit card?

Section C: Gift Certificates/Vouchers

1) What is a Gift Certificate/Voucher?
A Gift Certificate/Voucher works just like cash. You can use it as a direct discount to the order. We reward our customers with easy-to-use and straightforward cash back rather than bonus points that are hard to keep track.

2) How do I apply the Gift Certificate to my order?
Say you order comes with a RM100 GC. After you place the order, the system will update your account automatically with a GC balance of RM100. You can immmediately use this discount on your second order. Both the orders will be delivered at the same time after we have verified the payment. Or you can choose to keep your GC balance for future use.

3) Will my Gift Certificate account expire?
No, you don't have to worry about account expiration or whatsoever. Simple!
